The Director of Operations is a senior leader responsible for overseeing the firm’s business operations. This individual will focus on driving operational improvements, managing human resources, and supporting firm leadership in strategic initiatives.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a small business environment and can balance daily tasks and oversight with high-level execution. There is potential for this part-time position to become full-time based on company needs.

NOTE: This position is part-time but we will consider one person to fill a full-time position when combined with the Director of Finance position listed below.

The Director of Finance is a senior leader responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial strategy. This individual will focus on managing budgets, reporting and forecasting, and supporting firm leadership in strategic initiatives.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thriveas in a small business environment and can balance daily tasks and oversight with high-level execution. There is potential for this part-time position to become full-time based on company needs.

NOTE: This position is part-time but we will consider one person to fill a full-time position when combined with the Director of Operations position listed above.

Senior Project Manager Click to Open

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects from inception to completion. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and an understanding of architecture, design, and planning processes. You will lead project teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure that all aspects of the project meet or exceed quality standards.

NOTE: This is a full-time, in-person position at our Minneapolis office. This position requires the ability to travel up to 25%. The posting is open until filled.
